This document contains the terms and conditions governing all user access to the 965 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 965 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms stated herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 965 platform.
These terms form a legal and binding agreement between you as a user and the 965 platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 965 platform is intended exclusively for adult users aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. Users below the minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services offered.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration on the 965 platform. This includes full name, phone number, active email address, and valid payment details. Providing false or misleading information violates these terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
Each user is allowed only one active account. Attempts to register multiple accounts, whether using the same or different details, are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended.
Password & Access Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. 965 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 965 immediately via the provided support channels. Do not share your password with anyone, including platform staff.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 965 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities using the platform
- Disrupting, damaging, or interfering with the platform’s normal functions
- Impersonating other users or 965 staff
- Sharing or transferring accounts to third parties without written permission
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 965 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports various local payment methods including bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online) and e-wallets (TNG eWallet).
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. 965 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures. Users must ensure the bank account or e-wallet name matches the registered name on 965. Failed withdrawals due to inconsistent info are the user’s responsibility.
Any fees or commissions charged by banks or payment providers are beyond 965’s control and are the user’s responsibility.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Any bonuses or promotions offered by the 965 platform are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users must fully meet these wagering conditions before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of promotions, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and actions against the accounts involved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 965 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the 965 platform are the exclusive property of the operator or relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these elements without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 965 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 965 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Changes
Account Suspension & Closure
965 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of:
- Violation of any provision in these terms
- Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions
- Multiple Account Registration
- Users under 18 years of age
If an account is closed for any reason, any remaining funds may be subject to review before withdrawal, depending on the circumstances of the account closure.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
965 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform website. It is users’ responsibility to regularly review the terms to stay informed of updates.
These terms are governed and interpreted according to Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through procedures mandated by Malaysian law.
If any term in these conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified as necessary, and all other provisions will remain fully effective.
